Pony OC - Goldstarr the Red Pony Ranger + BIO

Changed the main picture file as i have finally drawn what goldstarr looks like under his suit [on the right]
his cutie mark is on his shirt (a 1up sign as i like games and so does he)
this make shis character more complete.

Occupation: red pony ranger - unemployed when not a ranger
Gender: Male
hobbies: playing games
Species: Earth Pony (anthropomorphic)
likes: helping people/ponies, tea, videogames, his ranger powers, has a crush on blitz [TITANOSAUR's character]
dislikes: being bored, evil [Duh'], power cuts 

Goldstarr, an earth pony who likes to spend most of his time playing videogames, reading some books/comic or watching some films like any normal pony...
However he is not normal...
one day he saw some pony being picked on, he tried to help and stand-up for this mysterious pony...it didn't fully end well for his as he was beaten up..
the mysterious pony (being some shadow powered unicorn) chased off the "bully ponies" and thanked goldstarr for trying to help, even though she didn't need it.
to thank him for actually trying to help she gave him a special gift, she gave him the powers of a pony-ranger which goldstarr uses to try and help protect equestira from evil forces (although the mane 6 usually have it handled, this guy is always ready)
he was given 1 key rule to follow as a pony ranger:
- never use his powers to harm innocent citizens

becoming a ranger pony has given him some new abilities such as enhanced reflexex (they are not perfect), more athletic abilities, the ability to summon the alizord.
his suit offers some protection from damage however certain blows can damage his suit and the link to his powers.
his helmet can offer some protection from gasses and weapons/items/magics that will try to impare vision...but it's not perfect and after a certain amount of blows it may be breached by gasses etc.

He is armed with a magic blaster: a pistol which fires a beam of artificial magic. it can fire a shot shot or a charged beam. the gun can also double as a small combat knife/dagger...but it's not an effective blade.
he also weilds the storm scimitar/sabre - a scimitar with electrical powers, it's an agile weapon and much more effective than the blaster's dagger form.

He can also summon the alizord: a mighty mecha-alicorn with a much stronger arsenal. goldstarr tends not to rely on the alizord....but can and willuse it if he feels the situation requires it.

He has a crush on a pony called Blitz - A praetorian pegasus and the air commander of the blitz brigade (blitz belongs to TITANOSAUR). the two met once as the blitz brigade had been summoned to combat some evil creatures, and goldstarr happened to be there.
he wants to tell her how much he loves her but worries that his regular life of playing games {when not beign a pony-ranger} wouldn't appeal to somepony like her.
